2 deposit cheques of €230 (equipment) + €70 (housekeeping deposit) at check-in For RENTALS OF ONE WEEK: (From 27 June to 5 September) THE REMAINDER MUST BE PAID 1 MONTH BEFORE ARRIVAL, otherwise reservation will be cancelled. For RENTALS OF OVER ONE WEEK: THE REMAINDER IS PAID at check-in + a €230 deposit and €70 for housekeeping by cheque made out to LES ALIZES. Your deposit will be returned to you after the inventory on the last day. For the housekeeping payment, the ALIZES reserve the right to retain a fee if the housekeeping has not been done CORRECTLY by the tenant at the end of the stay.

Along with the furnished houses and apartments for rent, the following services are available on request at the ALIZES:

• Pets: 35€ in low season and 45€ in July and August per week and per pet (2 pets maximum).
• Connection to TV aerial: €10 per stay.
• Television for hire for €30 a week.
• Cot: €4 per night.
• Sheets for hire: €16 for two sheets.
• Miniature golf: €2 per game and per person.
• Extra charge for eco-tax €1 per day and per person
• wifi in the reception area: €10 per week and per device.

You can request these services in advance or on arrival. At the residence or nearby, mountain bikes and a JET SKI (licence required) can be hired from an outside company

There will be no refund for an interrupted stay, an early departure or for any services that have not been used by the holidaymaker for any reason. The service cannot be postponed to a later date.
