RENTING FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY
(1 July 2023 to 26 August 2023 – in low season possibility of arrival during the week).
Arrival between 4pm and 7pm in July/August and in low season 14h30 to 18h, departure before 10am.
Prices include water, electricity, dishes, beds, sheets, TV and heating from 01.10 to 30.04 .
Special offers 2023:
– 30 % discount for a stay of at least 14 days in the period from 10.06.2023 to 01.07.2023.
– 12 % discount for a stay of at least 14 days in the period from 01.07.2023 to 26.08.2023
THE SALDO OF THE RENTAL PROPERTY MUST BE RECEIVED 1 MONTH BEFORE ARRIVAL, otherwise we will consider your registration cancelled.
Upon arrival, before moving into the rental property, a deposit of 230 € (material) + 70 € (final cleaning ) will be required by check or credit card.
The deposit will be refunded after inspection of the rental property. As for the deposit for the final cleaning, Les Alizés reserves the right to retain the amount if the cleaning has not been satisfactorily carried out by the tenant when leaving the rental property.
The following additional services are offered:
Pets: 21 € per week per pet (max. 2 pets).
Baby crib rental: 4 € per night.
Tourist tax: 1€ per day and per person.
WLAN/Wifi: reception only in the reception area, 10 euros / week per device.
These services can be requested in advance or on site.

There will be no refund for an interrupted stay, an early departure or for any services that have not been used by the holidaymaker for any reason. The service cannot be postponed to a later date.
